Supper Club Introduction

The "Supper Club" is a group of 6-10 Auto Repair Shop Owners who meet locally 6 times per year.

The purpose is to work on your business to maximize your net profit without raising prices or reducing employee wages. It is achieved by implementing proven best business practices. The foundation of a long and lasting business is based upon FOUR  KEY  PRINCIPLES in this order; Integrity, Competence, Empathy and Discipline. Try to think of your shop as a "Franchise of One" with written procedures for every phase of your business from opening in the morning to closing at night.

Supper Club Members create a business template for each shop that includes mechanical repair procedures, an employee handbook, best hiring practices, opening and closing procedures and everything in between.  We work to create workable systems for your shop; then manage your systems and update as necessary.  It is accomplished by working on your business as a CEO one hour a day.  Track your results with a Computer, "Smart Phone", Ipad  or Tablet using "Cloud" based repair shop financial software. Compare your results to others and the benchmarks of the top 25% most profitable shops each month.  Then compare your results by region, by state, by Supper Club or by NAPA  B.D.G. if you are a member.

The end result is you own your personalized operations manual on how to run a successful repair shop in a competitive market.  After each meeting you will be assigned simple tasks to complete before attending the next meeting.  You have daily access to Vin Waterhouse via email, text or cell phone. Club meetings are held in your area 6 times per year and include as many as 8 meetings to create a managements system and train all your employees where and how they fit into your system. The "Supper Club" is a perfect supplement for members of a NAPA Business Development Group (BDG).  No airfare and over night travel.
